Family info: Married to a wonderful man for over 47 years. I was born in La Junta in Southern Colorado and moved to the outskirts of Denver in the Westminster and Northglenn area with my parents. I have 3 grown children, 2 girls and 1 son. We have 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a dog.

Hobbies: Photography is a great hobby of mine. I like to do nature pictures, portraits, and architectural photos. I like to do crafts of all sorts as time permits.

Something unique: I have been accused of having “Rose Colored Glasses”, but that is why I think I am not the norm, but unique. I am very family oriented in my thinking coupled with a good business sense.

CAREER SUMMARY

Shirley Beckner joined Quantum Commercial Group in February 2020 as a Commercial Property Manager. She is now employed by QCG Property Management where she and the team manage an impressive portfolio of commercial real estate of all types.

EXPERIENCE

Shirley has over 30+ years of experience in real estate with most of these years in Commercial Property Management. She has a background in Commercial Financing and is multi-faceted in the Real Estate Field. She has experience in the financial side of acquisition and in the development/construction side of real estate. She has experience in the Real Estate Appraisal field as well.

EDUCATION

Shirley has an Associates’ Degree in Real Estate. Shirley is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has been a Colorado Real Estate Appraiser. She has taken many of the BOMA (Building Owners Management Association) classes to obtain the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation. She has been a board member with the local BOMA chapter in past years.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Shirley has volunteered/helped out with Care and Share and the Ronald McDonald Charities in various ways, and has helped out with the IREM Chapter as a volunteer with the Golf Tournaments.
